Plastic tools and fixtures, printed for the job.

MC Supply prints short-run parts for manufacturers, machine builders, and maintenance shops. You send the STEP or STL. We print it in Bridgeport.

Fixtures, guides, brackets, trays, covers, and other practical pieces. This is not a catalog, and nothing here is for sale off the shelf.

Who this is for

The useful job is a practical plastic piece for the floor, the bench, or the machine. Not a concept model, and not a consumer product.

Manufacturing and assembly
Nests, trays, locators, and covers that support a line without waiting on a mold.
Machine builders
Brackets, clips, and guides for cable, hose, sensors, and small hardware.
Maintenance and engineering
A simple noncritical plastic part, printed again from the model you already have.

The kind of part

Each real job starts from your file. The list is the kind of work, not a set of parts we keep in stock.

Assembly fixtures
Hold a part in place for a repeatable step on the bench or the line.
Cable and hose guides
Route a line and keep it clear of the work, the door, or the operator.
Brackets and mounts
Place a sensor, switch, label, or small component where the machine needs it.
Caps and covers
Shield a thread, port, or edge while a part is handled or stored.
Spacers and standoffs
Set a gap from the dimensions already in the model.
Trays and nests
Carry or locate small parts through assembly, packing, or inspection.

How an order works

We print in-house in Bridgeport. A new part is reviewed, sampled, and approved before any quantity is made.

  1. Send the model. STEP or STL, what the part does, how many you need, and the date. We will sign your NDA before you send the file.
  2. We review it. We check that it is a noncritical part we can print. A simple change to the existing model, such as a hole size or a length, can be reviewed.
  3. Print a sample. We reply with next steps for a paid sample. You check the fit where the part will be used.
  4. Print the run. After you approve that revision, we print the quantity. A later order uses the same approved file.

Materials

PETG is the usual choice for a fixture or guide. It handles flex, a bump, and moisture better than PLA.

PLA is for a part that stays indoors and does not need that toughness.

Printed in Bridgeport on two machines we run here. Settings are chosen for the job. Fit is checked on the sample: we measure the dimensions you mark as critical, and we do not promise a tighter result than that sample. We do not publish a load rating.

What we take on

  • Noncritical plastic parts from your STEP or STL model.
  • Simple edits to that model, such as a hole size or a length.
  • A later run of a revision you have already approved.

What we leave alone

  • Original design, reverse engineering, or building a model from a photo.
  • Safety-critical, structural, or certified parts.
  • Anything that must be ESD-safe or flame-rated. PETG and PLA, as we print them, are neither.
  • Metal, machining, and injection molding.

The shop

MC Supply prints for businesses that need a practical plastic part without standing up a mold. The work stays in-house. Send the file, the use, the quantity, and the date. If the job fits, the next step is a sample.
